Light therapy works on repetition rather than intensity, so memberships and
packages are built around consistency rather than one off sessions.

## Claims and accuracy

that its treatments detoxify the body, boost immunity, or treat depression,
anxiety or any other mental health condition. It does not publish
quantified efficacy figures. The mechanism of photobiomodulation is not
fully settled in the research literature, and the studio states this
openly rather than presenting it as established fact.

## Contraindications
