Every treatment is one person at a time, in a private room you lock behind you. No shared space and no rushing you out. Red and near infrared light therapy is best established for skin quality and for recovery and muscle soreness after training. Our lymphatic drainage massage is gentle, rhythmic and genuinely relaxing, and is our most requested treatment.

Light therapy works on repetition rather than intensity, so our memberships and packages are built around consistency rather than one off sessions.
